♡ 01. move with intention ♡
Moving your body regularly upgrades your life in so many ways beyond just the aesthetic benefits. Do the workouts your fav celebs are loving in this App. Strength, sweat and sculpt workouts that can be done anywhere.
♡ 02. protein first energy ♡
Stop spending money on overpriced smoothies packed with sugar and barely any protein. You're much better off making your own smoothies at home and knowing exactly what's going in them as well as having the main ingredient being a digestive friendly, grass-fed NZ whey protein isolate. My favorite hack is drinking this with water or spiking my caffeine with 1 scoop of protein in my coffee or matcha. Perfect for an express morning for those that are busy but want to set their energy and metabolism up for the day.
♡ 03. elevated caffeine ♡
Everyone's hotter and smarter when they're caffeinated. This is hands down the best matcha.
♡ 04. alcohol-free ritual ♡
Cutting down on or removing alcohol altogether is such an incredible thing to do for your body and brain and will help you hit your goals faster and it doesn't have to be boring. This is my favorite non-alcoholic apéritif that doesn't disappoint. If you love a spicy marg like me, definitely try the Sumac & Chili flavor.
♡ 05. body data awareness ♡
If you're looking for insights into your cycle, stress and sleep I'd highly recommend this ring and syncing it with natural cycles.
♡ 06. at-home healing tech ♡
My most recommended at home device. I've had one since 2018 and have used it for so many things, skin, pain, hair growth after a concussion. This light is the upgrade you need.
♡ 07. deep personal work ♡
Arguably one of the best things I've done for myself. If you're looking to move through some blocks in your life and realize your full potential, I'd highly recommend this Process.
♡ 08. mind expansion reads ♡
10x is better than 2x by Dan Sullivan and Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr Joe Dispenza.
♡ 09. feeling good while moving ♡
My fav hot girl workout legging that I think everyone should have at least two pairs of. Feeling great in your active clothing is important for your general mindset around your workouts.
♡ 10. chic resistance ♡
A weighted vest that is actually chic. I love how easy this vest is to use when working out, on a hike, etc.
♡ Hot, Smart, Rich Tips ♡

♡ Hot Hack ♡
Take walking phone calls. A lot of people don't want to be on zoom anymore so when/if you can, propose a walking call instead. You'll be shocked how much this can shift your energy by breaking up sedentary moments in the day plus walking is a great, low cortisol, mood boosting activity that will benefit your body and brain. Once I started doing this, I was way less frustrated at being on so many calls.
♡ Smart Hack ♡
Learn how to say no. Every time you say yes to something that you don't want to do, you are distracted from your vision and purpose. It might not seem like much when you look at all these little moments individually, but when you zoom out and see all of them together pulling you away from where you need to be and what you need to be doing, it can be quite scary. I always felt guilty saying no to people but respected it when others said it to me. Having a boundary around this and your time is in my opinion one of the smartest things you can do for yourself.
♡ Rich Tip ♡
Learn how to delegate. Your time is incredibly precious and often we spend so much of it on tasks that are not a priority at all. Free yourself up from non-essential tasks and work that can be handled by someone else so that your energy and output can go into what only you can do. Even if there are some additional costs for you to cover at first, when your output increases in the right places the return on that will far outweigh the smaller costs, you've taken on.
♡ Favorite Part of the Conversation ♡

I really enjoyed the entire conversation with Maggie and I think my favorite part was how real it was. No skirting around topics that could be difficult to speak about and offering honesty to listeners to hopefully help them navigate some similar situations that may arise in their lives.
♡ Something People Don’t Know About You ♡

I actually hate burpees even though I'm globally known for them. I literally never do them in my own workouts. Sorry for the trauma guys!
