Hot, Smart, Rich Tips

Hot Hack

If you want to get rich, get around rich people. It sounds gross to say out loud, but the data is clear. Wealth is contagious. The more proximity you have to people building big things, the more you start thinking bigger yourself. Clusters matter. Networks matter. Stop staying where you were born if it’s not stretching you.

Smart Hack

Learn the language of money. Understand a P&L. Know if you’re a profit center or a cost center. Figure out how what you do actually drives revenue. If you can’t explain how you make money for a business, you’ll always be paid like an expense. Once you can quantify your value, you can negotiate equity, distributions, and real upside.

Rich Tip

Rich people don’t optimize for salary. They optimize for equity, distributions, and capital gains. The government taxes salary the highest. So if you want to think like a rich person, stop obsessing over your paycheck and start obsessing over ownership. Buy businesses. Negotiate equity. Get cash flow. Everything around you is a deal if you learn how to see it.

Favorite Part of the Conversation

When I watched my husband’s video. I talk a big game about money, ownership, and power structures. But at the end of the day, that’s who I’m building with and building for. Hearing him say he’s proud of me, that he sees my drive and impact every day, that’s the real wealth. That moment grounded everything.
