I’m obsessed with simple wellness habits that actually work, and one of my favorites is prioritizing protein and nutrient-dense foods that support your skin from the inside out. Something as simple as sardines in a glass jar might not sound glamorous, but they’re packed with omega-3s and nutrients that genuinely help with glowing skin and overall health.

One of the smartest things I’ve started doing is going on walks while talking to an AI notetaker because it captures all of my ideas, thoughts, and random sparks of inspiration in real time. It’s such an easy way to organize your brain, reflect, and make sure your best ideas don’t disappear the second the walk ends.

Done is always better than perfect. I think so many people hold themselves back waiting for the perfect timing, perfect strategy, or perfect version of themselves, but the real growth comes from putting things out there, learning as you go, and refining along the way. Momentum creates opportunities far more than perfection ever will.

I was getting the opportunity to speak candidly and openly about business in such an honest way. There’s something really special about having conversations with people who feel like true friends, where you can drop the polished version and actually talk about the realities of building, creating, and evolving.
