Happy podcast day angels!! In June I shared this on threads and you were obsessed!

So I knew we needed to do an episode all about beauty maxxxing and medical aesthetics! Today I am sitting down with someone I’ve followed online and have known for almost four years, Dr. Ewoma. Dr. Ewoma is a medical doctor who transitioned into building a medical aesthetics beauty empire and is obsessed with how to look your best.

I have always been fascinated by her story and think she also has taken a profession in medicine and turned into an entrepreneur which is incredibly hard to to! And her hot takes….I love them.

I also feel like over the last four years we have both watched each other’s journeys and transformations. Of course there is the physical aspect of that, which we talk about today, but there is also so much of the inner work and confidence that has happened alongside it.

I have been pretty open about my own transformation and the things I do to look and feel my best. I get Botox. I get smoothing treatments in my hair. I have dealt with crazy hormonal acne and now dermatitis. My cheeks are real, which everyone asks me, my bottom lip is real, and my top lip has filler in it. But the story of my top lip is actually insane and I share it all in this episode.

And I think that’s part of why I was so excited to have this conversation with Ewoma. There is SO much information now about what we should be doing to look our best and it is really hard to know what is actually worth your money, what is safe and what is complete BS.

If you are one of the angels who wants to look and feel your best but doesn’t know what is actually worth your time or money, this is the episode you have to listen to.

At the beginning of this conversation I made a promise to you that if you listen in full, you will walk away understanding how to:

  1. understand the true ROI of betting on yourself

  2. cut through the wellness and beauty bullshit

  3. know exactly what you are worth

So angels, are you ready to get hot smart rich?!

Today’s Podcast Uniform

Today I’m wearing this dress. It has been on high rotation this summer and perfect to throw in a suitcase and will transition perfectly into fall (I can’t believe I’m saying that). I’m also still wearing these sandals. They’re one of the only pairs of shoes I brought to Europe this summer and they have served me so well!!

Dr. Ewoma’s Top 10

04. Rejuran Skinboosters are my favourite when it comes to investing in my skin.

05. Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Finish Powder for making everything look instantly more polished.

06. Medik8 Liquid Peptides Advanced MP is one of my skincare staples for keeping my skin looking its best.

07. Brunel Body Shimmer when I want that extra glow that makes everything look better.

08. OSEA Body Oil for keeping my body care routine feeling luxurious.

Hot, Smart, Rich Tips

Hot Hack: Prescriptive topicals will transform your skin. Invest in products that are actually formulated to deliver results rather than constantly chasing the latest trends.

Smart Hack: Success leaves clues. Study successful people, pay attention to the decisions they’ve made, and learn from the mindset, habits, and strategies that helped them get where they are.

Rich Hack: Get clued up on estate planning and actually take action. Think about sickness insurance, life insurance, wills, and protecting what you’re building. You’re never too young to start. Invest intentionally and with speed because the earlier you begin, the more you benefit from compounding. And when you start making proper money, don’t get complacent.

Favourite Part of the Conversation

I loved reflecting on my career progression with Maggie and talking about the mindset that has been required at every stage along the way. It was a chance to look back at the lessons I’ve learned, the decisions that have shaped my journey, and share practical advice that I hope the HSR community can apply to their own careers and ambitions.
