Sister Sister!: ICYMI, Katie was in LA this week and we had the BEST time! And honestly, we needed it. As two co-founders who live on opposite sides of the continent, nothing can replace being and working together and having serious heart to heart conversations about the business weβre building.
Expo West: We spent part of this week in Anaheim at Expo West which is the largest trade show in the natural, organic, and healthy products industry. The people we met and products we discovered was unreal and there is so much more content coming on this!!
Vegas: As youβre reading this, Iβm already in my favorite place, VEGAS!!! And the fits are going to be just as insane as Super Bowl. Iβm here for Shop Talk and had so much fun getting styled to head to a conference with a bunch of tech, retail, and CPG bros while staying true to my personal style!! I packed 4 events worth + work out clothes for 2 days + personal items into my Titanium Away carry on.
Life Updates: There was A LOT of content this week besties. From sharing a day in my life, some life updates, my sweet green order, my bad bitch energy, and being a pessimistic VC, thereβs a lot to catch up on!!
Calling Off My Engagement: This is finally something I feel comfortable starting to share more about because believe me, itβs been a journey. ICYMI, I opened up about how calling off my engagement has impacted my business and professional life.
Bedroom Upgrades: I am in the process of making my house a home and spend Saturday getting some pieces for my bedroom. Iβll show you more soon but Iβm obsessed with this new lamp thats now on my bedside table.

Slowing Down To Speed Up
Iβve been learning a lot of lessons in the last few weeks and honestly, I need a break this week. I have been running rampant day in and day out for the last three weeks and am literally running on fumes. I actually showed myself sleeping in my car in my recent DIML to take a break so I didnβt feel drunk from exhaustion.
I used to think I had to do more, fight through, and run fast every second of every day. But that has literally led to me having anxiety attacks and break downs and itβs not sustainable.
In the past few weeks, what Iβve learned is that I really need to slow down, make it simple, and do less but execute it flawlessly. It sounds really simple but it truly is so hard to implement. Iβm going to keep trying though because I know that the rewards will be endless.
So with that being said, the newsletter is shorter this week because I need to let some things go so I can slow down to speed up! I wrote down my affirmations to focus on during this crazy phase and shared them with you on Pinterest.
