Hello Hi! HSR,

I write this email feeling sluggish in my luteal phase before I get to my list of appointments for the day. I can’t tell what’s more expensive, preparing for being gone travelling for 60 days or coming back to town and trying to feel like yourself again.

I can’t lie, I really miss the eastern time zone and getting this email at 8pm as I’m about to wind down before the week. I’m trying to keep a bit of that NYC energy in the LA time zone now that I’m back and keep it MOVING at the NYC rate.

I am back in my high maintenance to be low maintenance routine (more on that in this episode with Dr. Ewoma) and thought I would share my current protocol because I always like to know what’s worth the money. After a massage therapist told me this summer that not massaging my SCM muscle everyday would pull down my face, I booked an immediate TMJ buccal fat massage at FaceCo in Beverly Hills in addition to a lymphatic drainage, Russian manicure and pedicure, hair cut, eyebrows, facial, and spray tan.

But I actually had a lot of urgent appointments to make sure the inside is working just as well as the exterior. I booked my next mammogram, pap smear, and will move forward with my egg freezing protocol this week (if I can avoid another crash out).

I was actually supposed to start last week. Courtney and I arrived at the doctor’s office last Thursday (2 days after getting home) for my blood work and first ultrasound and something triggered me and I truly crashed out thinking about putting my body through that just after getting home and barely 4 months out of endometriosis surgery. It took reading so many women’s stories online to know that I can do this. And because my doctor had initially started me in the luteal phase, I have until Wednesday to decide to move forward with it this cycle.
