I’m writing this after getting a fresh Russian manicure after four weeks of re-growth. I went with bright red nail polish because it is the last few weeks of summer, not autumn, despite everyone on online trying to make life move faster than it already does….and I’m truly not ready for it to be over.

I am on my second coffee of the day and it’s only noon (which is a bit unlike me), but my sleep schedule has been totally WHACK since being back in LA this week. I’ve been BUSY with meetings, recordings, and day trip to Vegas. I am le tired. I’ve been having a hard time keeping track of my sleep though and my body is keeping me honest because my Oura Ring 4 has been dying at an unusually fast pace ever since the Oura 5 came out….Is this happening to anyone else as a sneaky way to get us to upgrade? It is the new version upgrade conspiracy theory in action the same way we all have to when a new iPhone comes out because mysteriously it starts dying and glitching out? Although I have friends looking to iPhone 5s on eBay for photos because apparently the camera is better. Talk about a throw back. Either way, I am debating upgrading to the Oura 5 because I cannot take my Eight Sleep with me when I am on the road (I now really notice the difference when I sleep without it) and cannot handle another device that needs charging every other day.

And I’m on the road again this week, which starts on Tuesday. I was suppose to be flying out tomorrow but did in fact delay my flight to have a big meeting in LA on Monday before I head back to my favorite time zone ever, and to see my husband right before we hit two weeks apart. I will be celebrating my first wedding anniversary in Italy (!!!) and then recording once more in London before heading to New York City for what I am about to announce is a full circle moment for twenty year old Maggie who never got Forbes 30 Under 30. I am genuinely bummed we only have 120 spots and already have 300 plus people who have commented wanting a ticket. If you learned anything from London, tickets sold out in thirty minutes.
