Happy Sunday everyone!

I am currently watching the men’s finals at Roland Garros back in my favorite city with my favorite guy, lucky #3 where it really all got started. Being back here reminds me that if you are thinking about a big decision and on the fence about it, worried you’re going to get hurt, just go for it. You won’t regret it. 

There’s nothing like a summer vaction, especially in Paris. I’m reading wordslut. Listening to the updated HSR Podcast Playlist. Shopping for Chanel bags. Eating all the gluten free croissants from copains which is the best gluten free bakery I’ve ever been to and needs to get licensed back in LA.

We are in Europe for a few weeks so I’m already missing our house, Bravo Toast’s Shaken Matcha and Open Face Tuna Sandwich, Erewhon Combo Plates, Gato Dates, Monarch, and the walk to BHH diner for coffee. 

I love the new Crown Affair campaign “Do Summer, Not your Hair” and it couldn’t be more true for me so I can remain low maintenance on the road. Before leaving I visited Anastasia Beverly Hills for my eyebrows, spray tan at SKJ, keratin at Nine Zero One, and refilled gel x nails and legs waxed at my favorite neighborhood salon.

This week in therapy, I cleared up so much mental space by figuring out how to become less indecisive with the simple shift of the perfect decision for the best decision. If you’re indecisive, more explained here.
